1. Introduction / परिचय
Welcome to SafarTaxis. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree, please do not access or use our services.
2. Direct to Driver Policy / डायरेक्ट टू ड्राइवर नीति
SafarTaxis facilitates direct communication between riders and drivers via WhatsApp with zero broker commission. Payments occur directly between rider and driver. SafarTaxis is not liable for financial disputes or transactions.
3. Fare Calculations & Exclusions / किराया गणना और बहिष्करण
Calculated per-km rates cover fuel and driver allowance. Toll charges, state permit taxes, and parking fees must be paid extra in actuals directly by the passenger.
4. Cancellation & Delay / रद्दीकरण और देरी
Cancellations made 6 hours prior to the journey are free. While we ensure on-time departures, SafarTaxis is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.
